Return and Exchange Policy
We take pride in offering only proven and quality products. However, if you receive a defective product from us, please contact us immediately within 14 days. After this period, goods are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We can refund or exchange the product only if it has a manufacturing defect. The 14-day grace period begins from the day the products arrive in the hands of customers. The definitions of defects are as follows:
- Lens was torn or broken in SEALED bottle.
- Lens was in an odd shape in SEALED bottle.
- Lens was expired in SEALED bottle.
Circle Lens Store reserves the right not to respond to any complaints after the 14-day period.
Due to hygienic reasons, all items must be returned in their original, unopened condition to be eligible for a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order after payment is made for any reason, kindly inform us immediately. Please note that only a partial payment will be refunded; a 10% administration fee of your purchased amount will be imposed.
Once products are SHIPPED, and you wish to cancel your order, a 30% administration fee will be imposed, and shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed only after the product is returned to us.
If your parcel is returned and a refund request is made, we will impose a 30% penalty fee of your total order value and deduct the shipping charges before refunding the remaining amount.
