Return and Exchange Policy
We are proud to offer you only proven and quality products. But if you've received defective product from us, please contact us immediately within 7 days. After 7 days goods are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We can refund or exchange the product only if it have manufacture defect. The first day of grace period starts from the day of the products arrived in the hand of customers. The definitions of defects are as follow:
1. Lens was torn or broken in SEALED bottle
2. Lens was in odd shape in SEALED bottle
3. Lens was expired in SEALED bottle
Circle Lens Store reserves the rights not to respond on any complaints after 7 days period.
Due to hygienic reasons, all items must be returned in original, unopened condition, to be eligible for a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
If you wish to cancel your order after payment is made due to any reasons, kindly please inform us immediately. Worth to note that, not full payment will be refunded, 10% administration fees of your amount purchased will be imposed.
Once products are SHIPPED, and you wish to cancel your order, 30% administration fees will be imposed and shipping is non-refundable items. Refund will be processed only after the product returns to us.
If your parcel being returned and a refund request is made, we will impose 30% penalty fees of your total order value and deduct the shipping charges and refund you the remaining amount.
